A brand new £25,000 food servery has been installed at the Tam o'Shanter Experience in Burns National Heritage Park. The servery features a daily menu of home-cooked Scottish food, produced by Audrey McBride and her team and featuring fresh local produce. The very best produce from Robert Burns' beloved Ayrshire countryside is selected each day to create a menu that offers traditional favourites as well as new creations featuring fine Scottish ingredients. Hot and cold meals and a mouth-watering selection of home baking are offered on a changing daily basis at good value prices. All sales from the new servery go towards helping to preserve Burns Cottage and the historic Burns Heritage of Alloway.
